Eighty-eight coins were recovered from the excavations at Khirbat el-Ni‘ana. They were divided into two groups: the earlier group, dated to the Late Roman period (mid-fourth–mid-fifth centuries CE), and the later, to the Mamluk period (mid-fourteenth–beginning of fifteenth centuries CE).
